  I have ordered several items from this company over the years, and have been disappointed in their services. First time with their detritivore pack which arrived leaking, but I was able to salvage most of the items. Another instance, mysid order was mostly dead and/or non existent, however, they did resend my order. This last time, a few weeks ago, I once again ordered a mysid order which came with only 2 or 3 visible "juvenile" live mysids and no adults. Moderate amount of sediment, and a fairly large bristle worm. Made a call and sent email to the company, they stated that order was packaged appropriately and specimens were plentiful and live before shipment. Further emails to try to resolve issue not answered/ignored. Phone conversation really went nowhere. I did read several months ago that Inland Aquatics were considering getting out of the mail order business, so buyer beware. Shipping is exorbitant. They seemed to be much more helpful in the distant past, but my recent experience was very disappointing...
